How vendors can be found by the families who need them
Short answer: Decide which families you serve best, write short pages that answer the questions they ask, keep your name, address and services the same everywhere, and earn genuine reviews. Work with attorneys and agents by being helpful and transparent, never by paying for referrals. Clear, honest answers are what families and search tools remember.
Choose your niche
Estate sales, senior moves, cleanouts, and tax help are different services. Pick the families you serve best and say so plainly. See the agent lesson, why a niche beats everyone.
Answer real questions
Write one page for each question you hear, such as “What happens to the contents of an inherited house?” Start with a short direct answer. See be the answer.
Keep your facts consistent
Use the same business name, address, phone and services on your website, Google Business Profile, and directories.
Earn genuine reviews
Ask happy clients for honest reviews. Never buy reviews or offer something in exchange for a positive one.
Work with professionals
Introduce yourself to attorneys, paralegals and agents by offering something useful, like a checklist. No payment is requested or offered in exchange for referrals. Check any arrangement against the rules that apply to you.
Try this week
- Write the one sentence that says who you serve.
- Draft one answer-first page.
